Lead Teacher
A lead teacher is responsible for the academic, social-emotional growth and development of children in their care. The primary function of lead teachers is to work with parents, administrators and other teachers to improve students' experience and meet teaching objectives. Additionally, lead teachers plan, evaluate and improve the physical environment of the classroom to create opportunities that meet the changing needs of the developing child.
Teacher Assistant
A teacher assistant is responsible for supporting the Lead Teacher in the academic, social-emotional growth and development of children in their care. The primary function of a teacher assistant is to support and add value to lead teachers plan, help to evaluate and improve the physical environment of the classroom to stimulate the developing child.
Driver
A driver will ensure the safe transport of children to and from the center and all planned destinations. A driver will perform regular visual inspections and make maintenance recommendations for company vehicle as well as create and maintain records for compliance.
Cook
A cook will place food and supply orders, receive and properly store merchandise according to safe food handling standards, take and maintain inventory as well as manage the kitchen and it's sanitizing needs.
Maintenance Tech
A maintenance tech will ensure the property is in working conditions such as lighting, electronics, plumbing along with the overall cleanliness and proper sanitization of the entire center to include but not limited to trash removal, surface sanitization
